A recent survey by the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) reveals a disturbing increase in antisemitism across Europe.
About 80% of Jews in the EU report experiencing a rise in antisemitism in recent years, with 96% encountering it personally.
The study, conducted in 13 countries with significant Jewish populations, shows that 76% of respondents occasionally conceal their Jewish identity for safety reasons.
A third avoid Jewish events or locations due to security concerns.
FRA Director Sirpa Rautio states, 'Jews have more fear than ever before,' highlighting a 'dramatic increase' in antisemitic attacks.
The situation has worsened since the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel, with some organizations reporting a 400% surge in incidents.
