Greens Launch Bold Campaign in Lübeck

Published: 2025-01-07

The German Green Party has officially kicked off its election campaign in Lübeck, with a strong focus on social justice, climate protection, and economic innovation.

Before a packed audience of over 1,200 people, co-leaders Robert Habeck and Annalena Baerbock outlined their vision for a fairer and more sustainable Germany.

Habeck emphasized the need to make life affordable, protect the environment, and support businesses through targeted incentives rather than broad tax cuts.

Baerbock called for stronger European unity and better protection of democracy, including online.

The party also took aim at political rivals, criticizing their lack of concrete solutions to pressing issues.

With the Bundestag elections approaching, the Greens are positioning themselves as the party of responsibility and action.
