In a recently released video, Habeck visits Isabell, a kindergarten teacher, to discuss the pressing issue of staff shortages in childcare facilities.

Isabell shares her daily struggles, highlighting the overwhelming responsibility of managing 20 children alone, which leaves her exhausted and unable to pursue personal activities like sports.

Habeck listens attentively and proposes a solution: increasing taxes on the super-rich to fund education.

He suggests doubling the current annual budget for childcare quality from two to four billion euros.

This initiative is part of Habeck's broader strategy to engage directly with citizens and address their concerns ahead of the upcoming Bundestag elections, scheduled for February 23.
