As Brandenburg prepares for its state election on September 22, 2024, recent polls show a shifting political landscape.
The far-right AfD, while still leading, has seen its support drop to 23%, just four points ahead of the SPD and CDU, both at 19%.
The newly formed Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) has made significant gains, reaching 16%.
This change comes as voters gear up for the election, with important deadlines approaching.
Eligible voters must register their residence by June 22, 2024, to participate.
On election day, polling stations will be open from 8 AM to 6 PM, with voters required to bring valid identification to cast their ballots.
