Despite a slight increase in interest in dual vocational training, a significant mismatch between available positions and applicants persists, with 41% of positions in Niedersachsen unfilled.

In Bremen, 36% of apprenticeship spots are still open.

Experts suggest that many young people overlook skilled trades, despite high demand.

Starting August 1, an apprenticeship guarantee will be available for those unable to secure a position, offering alternative training options.
