A massive international operation has dismantled "Kidflix," one of the largest platforms for child exploitation content, with nearly 2 million users worldwide.
Coordinated by Bavarian authorities and Europol, the operation spanned 35 countries, leading to 79 arrests and the identification of 1,400 suspects.
The platform, active since 2021, allowed users to stream and download illegal content using cryptocurrency.
Authorities seized servers hosting over 70,000 videos and confiscated thousands of electronic devices.
In Germany and Austria, significant raids uncovered evidence, while in Hessen, seven suspects were apprehended.
The operation also rescued 39 children globally.
Europol called it the largest action against child exploitation in Europe, highlighting the growing threat of online abuse.
Investigations are ongoing.
