Germany's Green Party has introduced a ten-point migration plan following intense debates in the Bundestag.
The plan, led by Robert Habeck, focuses on strengthening security agencies, expediting asylum processes, and enhancing federal-state cooperation.
Habeck emphasized the need for a "law enforcement offensive" targeting extremists and addressing over 170,000 unexecuted arrest warrants.
The proposal includes better resources for the federal police and mandatory psychological evaluations for asylum seekers.
Additionally, the Greens aim to reform the EU asylum system and establish migration agreements with origin countries.
While the plan seeks to balance security and humane asylum policies, it has faced criticism from within the party for aligning with conservative narratives.
