Russian Sabotage Targets German Elections

A shocking sabotage campaign in Germany has been linked to Russian operatives aiming to influence the upcoming Bundestag elections.

Over 270 vehicles were damaged across the country, with exhaust pipes filled with foam and stickers promoting a fake pro-Green message.

Initially blamed on climate activists, investigations revealed the acts were orchestrated by Russian agents to incite hatred against the Green Party and its candidate, Robert Habeck.

Saboteurs, recruited via the messaging app Viber, were paid €100 per car and instructed to document their actions.

Politicians warn this is part of a broader Russian strategy to destabilize European democracies.

Calls for stronger measures to counter such hybrid threats are growing as the election date nears.
