After decades in hiding, former RAF member Daniela Klette is now on trial in Celle, Germany.

The 66-year-old, arrested in 2024, faces charges of attempted murder, armed robbery, and illegal weapons possession.

Klette, who evaded authorities for over 35 years, is accused of participating in violent crimes to fund her underground life.

Despite her arrest, her alleged accomplices, Ernst-Volker Staub and Burkhard Garweg, remain at large.

Authorities continue to search for them, with public appeals for information.

The trial highlights unresolved crimes from the RAF's violent history, including unsolved murders that remain a stain on Germany's justice system.
